Show us the whole piece
Send photographs of the front, back, fringe, corners, and any damage, together with the dimensions. Include purchase records or earlier appraisals if you have them. Please disclose repairs, stains, odors, and wear.
Condition and suitability come first
Age, materials, construction, condition, design, and current demand affect whether a piece is suitable. We may recommend inspection before discussing options. Not every rug can be accepted, and an inquiry is not a purchase offer.

Understand the arrangement
If consignment is appropriate, commission, asking price, duration, payment timing, collection arrangements, and responsibilities are agreed in writing before the rug is accepted. No standard commission or guaranteed sale is promised here.
Keep sentimental value in the discussion
If the rug has family importance, tell us. Repair, restoration, continued use, or a different placement may be worth considering alongside a sale or trade.
