What We Do

Here’s What We Provide...

Persian Isfahan Circa 1920's 10-Meter

The Treasure Trove

At the Rug Center, we have not only the highest quality rugs you are likely to find within the Silicon Valley, but also one of the most diverse selections including...

Turkish rugs, Persian rugs, Afghani rugs, Caucasian rugs, Pakistani rugs, Indian rugs, Navajo rugs, Nepali rugs, Tibetan rugs, Chinese rugs, transitional rugs, contemporary rugs, and antique rugs in a variety of designs!

No matter how smooth your floor may be, a rug underlayment can help make your home more comfortable. If you`ve spent your hard-earned money on a high-quality rug, you should be able to rest assured that the rug will last. You can protect the underside of your rug and prevent slip and falls by having some form of underlayment or padding between the floor and your rug.

Rug Restoration, Repair & Painting

If you've had an exquisite rug in your family for quite some time, you may be aware that older, antique rugs need to be repaired over time. While newer rugs seldom need repairing, antique rugs can become worn and need to be rewoven. Having your rug repaired at Rug Center may not just bring it back to its original condition, it can actually protect it from further damage as well.

Rug Cleaning & Spot Removal

Even the cleanest and most careful households find that their rugs become stained or dull over time. Although you can usually get the majority of a substance out of your rug if you notice it immediately, this is not always the case. Some substances are cannot be cleaned easily or have already left a nasty stain that has been left for quite some time.

Accumulated over time, things such as dirt and food become visible and dull the colors of your rug and our team at Rug Center may be able to assist you.

We Can Store Your Rugs

Ideal Storage Facility for Rugs

Something you may not have been told when you purchased your rug is how important it is to provide proper storage for it. In the average domestic environment, we tend to store our items in cool, damp cellars and basements, or hot, dry attics which are unsuitable places of storage for rugs and other valuable items. Most closets are not large enough or are full of other items—leaving no room for you to hold your rugs. If you are concerned about where to store your rug, allow our team at Rug Center to assist you.

You may be looking to store your rug for the following reasons:

  • Different rugs for different seasons

  • Rugs have become damaged

  • Moved to a different, smaller home

At the Rug Center, we can provide storage for your rugs at our facility in Menlo Park. We offer a safe and ideal environment for your valuable rugs.
