Build a useful shortlist
Send room dimensions, a floor plan, furniture placement, palette, budget, and project timing. We can discuss pieces from the current collection and clarify dimensions and availability before a showroom visit.
Bring existing rugs into the plan
A client's rug may need cleaning, edge repair, a different placement, or restoration rather than replacement. We assess condition and help you understand the options so the rug can be considered in the wider room design.

Discuss custom work early
Share the required dimensions, design direction, colors, material preferences, and delivery needs. Custom production is quoted individually. Renderings, samples, approvals, and production timing must be agreed for the project.
Arrange the practical details
Ask about in-home viewing, pickup and delivery, item availability, and any applicable trade arrangements. Terms and holds are confirmed individually; submitting an inquiry does not reserve a piece or establish trade pricing.

No. A floor plan, approximate dimensions, palette, and target budget are enough to begin a useful conversation.

Yes. Ask us about cleaning, repair, restoration, and appraisal of existing rugs.
